350 мл молока, 2 ст л раст масла, 1,5 ч л соли, 2 ст л сахара, 560 г муки пшеничной в/с, 2 ч л сухих дрожжей.

2 tablespoon vegetation oil
1,5 tsp salt
2 tablespoon sugar
560 g wheat flour of high quality
2 tsp yeast
It is recommended to use the "dough" programme (method). Provided this programme is not available or it is too short (i.e. less than 2.5 hours), use the "basic white" programme (method) and interrupt this programme exactly befor baking.
